Intersec Dubai celebrates its 20^th year of bringing the latest trends in fire, safety, and security industry in Middle East. It has been the largest and most diverse trade platform on security and safety that has spread not only across Middle East and Africa plus Indian subcontinent but has gone well beyond, offering thousands of influential trade buyers the latest security and safety solutions and exciting new opportunities from the world’s best brands.

This year’s Intersec has been joined by almost 1,300 exhibitors from 59 different countries and according to the reports; almost 30,000 visitors were welcomed in the show coming from all over the world.

In the 3-day conference held at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre last January 21-23, 2018, ZKTeco participated as a Silver Sponsor of the event showcasing the brand not just in the booth but all over the venue. Happened simultaneously was the Intersec Middle East Security Conference that has been participated by hundreds of people from government agencies, directors, managers, consultants, etc. who are in-charge of airport security, corporate security, business continuity, industrial safety and security, and much more. ZKTeco has been awarded as the Official Biometric Partner of the said conference.

Junais Ibrahim, CTO of ZKTeco Dubai, talked about how biometric technology is rapidly growing and has been taking part in our everyday lives through our smart phones, mobile banking, airport and border control, etc. He mentioned that biometrics will strive its way to enter every industry in order to build smart cities with a safer and more secure environment.

 

At the same time, ZKTeco showcased how we have expanded from a company who provides biometric machines to a company who now gives full solution to security inspection and checkpoint solution. We have launched our new License Plate Recognition integrated into our ZKTeco parking barrier which has been one of the highlights in the show due to visitor’s interest and great feedback on the devices. Completing the checkpoint solution is the portable under vehicle surveillance that quickly generates a high definition image of the vehicle undercarriage and directly recording it to the computer.

It was also the first time for ZKTeco Dubai to show its X-Ray Baggage Inspection which attracted visitors from airports, hotels, and government agencies.

Another product launch is the BioTime Mobile APP that connects to the BioTime server that can perfectly use for companies who have employees that are always on-the-go which enables them to clock-in wherever they are due to training, meetings, or site visits.

Overall, ZKTeco once again proved that they are one of the leading providers of security and biometric technology not just in Middle East but all over the globe.
